If you got sick four days ago, HCQ and zinc from the health food store and megadosing vitamin C has worked for many.
At 83mg/liter, tonic water in the amount of 3-6 liters/day will supply quinine, which is what HCQ is made from. For 5 days. Can’t taste it anyway and need the fluids, why not try it.
Gave this to over a dozen persons in the last year. Worked.

If my symptoms come back I can try that. I didn’t loose my taste. It just changed so something’s started tasting nasty. Funny thing is the salt water tasted fantastic. Lol

Have one friend who had covid back in April.
Sense of smell and taste very strange, varies considerably.
Tonic or quinine capsules, large amts of zinc and vit c help keep smell and taste in bounds, otherwise everything tastes and smells bad to her.
Her MD said antioxidants. Gave her alpha lipoic acid capsules. Some help, but she also lives in a house with mold and diesel fumes.
Had not heard of “covid long-hauler” until her issues. . .
