since aspiration isn’t done for other vaccinations given by the tens of millions (such as annual flu vaccinations), then why isn’t tens of thousands of cases of myocarditis occurring for THOSE vaccines as well?
No, just the ones that hit a blood vessel. It's evidently not real common in the shoulder muscle, but it does happen.
it could be because we’re vaccinating more ages and millions of people at one time than say, the 3 million or so new kids each year spread out over their first six years.
( the 3 mil is low guess based on the 2020 number of babies born) Maybe too because kids have smaller blood vessels and more baby arm fat with their cute chubby little selves so a bit harder to mainline.

Have one well-trained nurse administer the jab for every person in the USA.

Here’s a study to bookmark that nukes the insane conspiracy theories regarding the risk of myocarditis. Six cases per million and all in the Kaiser study resolved without major health damage.
So the risk isn’t zero, but almost.
