Wait until the airlines require a vaccine passport. The airlines will go out of business. Busy terminals will be ghost towns and all airport employees will be gone. Fly-in tourist destinations will be destroyed.
The large airports are near large cities, which will prove to be unsustainable anyway. Wait until NYC is almost empty except for welfare new arrivals and politicians. It will happen after the financial sector pulls out.
I would like to know how Hawaii’s tourist industry is doing - since they were demanding a 14-day and then 5-day quarantine for anyone coming from the mainland - vax or not.
We were trying to plan a family trip over Christmas and finally gave up.
A lot of the Hawaiian economy is dependent on tourism.
I do NOT fly ... haven’t since TSA started up. BUT, if I did (assuming no mask/vax requirements for passengers), my first question would be asking if the pilot(s) are vaxed .... if so, no go.
We are going to see family over Thanksgiving. We’d normally fly but even without the mandate we are driving. It’s a long drive. It’s even probably going to cost a little more. I just don’t even want to get caught up in their system in any way, shape or form if I can help it.
