Vaccine Mandate Will Cost Us All

Problems inherent in OSHA’s forthcoming new mandatory co-vax standards will be legion, and just as devilish as the throng of the same name. How do we know that?

The Occupational Safety and Health Act covers most private sector employers and employees and is mirrored in the federal workplace but exempts state and local governmental workers. That’s small potatoes, though, as every state has adopted OSHA standards or has an OSHA-approved state plan. Most every worker in the country is protected from identified unsafe workplace hazards, practices, and conditions.

The new mandate will only cover those employers with 100 or more employees, leaving out 98.1% of all companies in the US. But as Newsweek so helpfully points out, the 1.9% of companies covered under the mandate employ one-third of America’s workforce. If the mandate really is about protecting workers, yet it ignores two-thirds of the workforce, equal protection seems to have gone out the window here.

Such a limited mandate is not how OSHA works, protecting only some workers in a few workplaces, rather than many in most. I wonder how the agency feels about the Administration making a mockery of its mission. Incidental to workplace safety is the follow-on effect that sees those entering workplaces as customers or service personnel being protected by those same standards. But not with the COVID. Customers will carry it in and share it around, especially given OSHA regulations regarding mandatory air exchanges per hour in workplaces, and no amount of current masking will stop it.

What about those already infected? Why would Biden force companies and individuals to test if they have already acquired natural immunity? Seems to me this whole federal response to the virus constitutes an implementation of medical martial law.

OSHA is just fine with it.

Those people work for the state, not the public.

Lab Rat 1 : Hey have you had the Covid Clot shot yet?

Lab Rat 2 : No , they are still testing it on Humans

Lab Rat 1 : Really, usually the humans test it on dumb animals first, are you SURE?

Lab Rat 2 : Yes I’m sure, the humans have a new breed called “liberal Demonrat”, they are so smart they’re STUPID.

Lab Rat 1: Does that mean we get to attach electrical wires to their testicles and turn up the juice?

Lab Rat 2: Nah, liberal Demonrats don’t have testicles.

Lab Rat 1. Then how do they tell the boys from the girls...?

Lab Rat 2. Well, they cant.

Kidnapping Newborns: NYU Langone & other Hospitals in New York and Long Island are Forcing that if the Parent is not VAXXED they will NOT release Babies From NICU to Parents or after birth as per CDC Guidelines. You Need to Show VAX-Passport to see your own New Born Baby.

Protecting workers through vaccine side effects makes no sense. Generally speaking I’m not used to seeing other OSHA workplace protections yield harmful side effects...
Ventilation, biomechanics, ergonomics don’t yield harmful side effects, but the vaccine as we know does.
I think this might be a good argument in a legal fight under the OSHA mandate

We only have states until the illegals vote us out of those protections.

Once the nose gets under the tent, the avalanche of bolt-ons will be staggering. Why at the same time they want the IRS to monitor every transaction $600 and over.

Ski trip? Too risky for the healthcare system, expensive broken leg treatment.

Millions of expenditures $600 and over that OSHA can now assert as dangerous and to be banned or it’s a $70,000 fine.

We have a handful of states. We do not have all of the states.

Not about Americans safety, they are invading over the border with no checks. Its all about control through extortion (forced mandates). If they cant get to us personally they will threaten your employer, your grocery store, your doctors license, your hospital and every facet of your existence until you comply

If I had a company with a 100 or more I would split it into two companies. It would just be minimal paper work, minimal fees, and new letterheads. But I am a cool employer, not many of us out there who would accommodate our employees like that.

If the word “if” did not exist, well you know the rest how it goes. I am sure.

There are more businesses than they claim in this. Any larger 24 hr business with three shifts. Just one large Truck stop with fuel, repair, and a restaurant could have this many employees when you factor in three shifts and the trend to hire everyone “part time” instead of full time.

Think we have "supply chain disruptions" now? Wait until another 15% of high-skill workers quit their jobs rather than take that risky jab! Medical personnel are already quitting. What about skilled manufacturing workers, engineers, IT professionals, grid-maintenance workers, airline mechanics, (and electronics techs), power plant operating engineers, und-und-und? These are jobs that no amount of national guard mobilizing can fill, and you sure as Hell ain't going to fill them with illegal immigrants from Haiti.

And then wait until, a very short time later, the people who were coerced into taking it are told they need a booster. Sure, some will comply believing they survived the first two. But, for many, that will be a bridge too far.
