Manchin laid out in clear economic terms why the DC Dems plan is “Fiscal insanity”. As hard as he has dug his heels in rhetorically, I do not see how he can walk this back now.
I didn’t think there were any rational Democrats left.
He is less insane than the others. But 1.5 trillion on top of 1.2 trillion is still insane.
