A section of the $3.5 trillion spending bill that Democrats are desperately pushing through raises the stakes even higher in this purge against the vaccinated.
Americans discovered on Wednesday that, on Saturday, Democrats slipped something awful into their $3.5 trillion ironically named “Build Back Better Bill.” If the bill becomes law (and the only thing currently stopping it is that Senators Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin are saying “no”), employers can be charged as much as $700,000 per unvaccinated employee. This is madness.
The Daily Mail had the story:
The Biden administration has included a vaccine enforcement mechanism in the $3.5 trillion, 2,465-page ‘Build Back Better Bill’ which will enable the government to enforce fines on employers whose employees do not get the vaccine.
The mechanism, buried on page 168 of the Democrats’ ‘reconciliation’ spending bill, will allow a tenfold increase in fines for businesses with 100 or more employees that ‘wilfully and repeatedly,’ violate a section of labor law that deals with workplace hazards, of which Covid-19 is now a part.
The increased fines on employers could go as high as $70,000 for serious infractions, and $700,000 for wilful or repeated violations - a sum which can be applied to each instance of a violation rather than a total limit.

The 8th Amendment was written in part to prevent the government from fining citizens and companies into oblivion.

The democrats, under the lying pail of camel spit, are showing who they are. They are in effect forcing companies to FIRE anyone who isn’t vaxxed, and this will include ALL who aren’t vaxxed, with no allowances being made for someone who is allergic to the ingredients of the shot.

The fools in the Supreme Court would debate ad naseaum about what is excessive and then conclude that this is not excessive if you have a company that can hire 100 people. Of course they don’t have to use their own money for things and are completely incapable of reading simple words on a document or understanding thr clear intentions of the founders so...here we are
My Sister in law takes blood thinners to prevent blood clots (runs in the family). She doesn’t want to risk taking the vaccine. Her Doctor refuses to write her an exemption. Says he’s not going to write ANY exemptions!
