Doesn’t surprise me. I’m partially responsible for implementing this, and I’ve done nothing, and will do nothing until they come out with this. Then I’ll probably continue to do nothing hoping it gets tossed by SCOTUS. If Roberts signs off on it, then I’ll have to fire someone who has been 100% remote for 19 months and counting.
