It's up to the Attorney General to file criminal charges if anything can be proven (100s of mail-ins with one set of fingerprints?).

It's up to the Legislature to decertify.

It's such a pity that Republicans don't fight like Democrats do. MAYBE if we vote out the RINOs and cowards in the 2022 primaries, we would stand a chance.

It's up to the Legislature to decertify.

The legislature can pass a resolution on anything it wants. However, the AG represents the state in court. The legislature voting to decertify the election is a political act that may help the AG's efforts to win a quo warranto action in court, but if enough fraud is proven, it's likely not required.
