Sussman had to be charged then, or the statute of limitations would have kept him from ever being charged. Interesting, though, that the head lawyer for the CIA received the info from Sussman, and apparently pushed it around the CIA, and was just rewarded by the Biden administration with the top lawyer position at DOD?
