There is a severe shortage of drivers, since millennials have no idea how to drive a manual transmission, or desire to work 70 hour weeks.

Big companies that will train drivers pay slave wages.

Those of us with many years of experience are bringing in great money, but kids have no desire to put that much effort into anything.

No one is going to replace driving fleets. You’re clueless.

I just retired from the military. I start driving for a brick manufacturer in two weeks. They literally begged me to come talk to them. Thought I’d at least try it through the winter. I’d just be bored anyway. Money’s great !
