Looks like Barack is getting sick of his edicts coming out of mumbling Joes mouth, that its just easier to bypass the senile and just take control of his 3rd term.
Likely they’ve been trying to get Obama to step out from the WhiteHouse Shadowland for sometime.....the fact he now has in these past couple weeks tells us his handlers are not happy campers.
