The “right” (CSU/CDU, FDP, AFD) have an absolute majority in the new German parliament. It’s doubtful they will get together to use it due to the other parties boycotting AFD.

It’s doubtful they will get together to use it due to the other parties boycotting AFD.Yes, that's not one of the coalition possibilities the media is talking about. It's pretty much taken for granted that the SPD will pick the coalition partners, and the only opportunity the CDU has is to throw in with the FDP and the Greens.
