I’ve had one, no knockout. I was awake the entire time. I was impressed with just how many Deliverance jokes my doctor knew. The preparation was a lot worse than the actual procedure. Ugh.
Gawd. Hated the prep.
I was knocked out.
Word to the wise....if they use propofol...have them put a little lidocaine in the port first. Felt as tho my arm was on fire.
