Can never forget that Massachusetts is the state that repeatedly reelected Ted Kennedy. On one hand those troopers are government workers in that state but it of course would be wrong to generalize. Nevertheless would be reluctant to hire these guys as cops if they move to Texas, Oklahoma or Florida.
Imagine my surprise when I was on a Jack the Ripper walk in London in 2006, when I ran into a married couple from Springfield, Mass., who were staunch Republicans, and avid listeners of Rush Limbaugh. The husband told me he'd never met anyone who admitted that they'd voted for the whale.
And add to that, FReeper Capt. Tom, a lifelong Mass. resident, who voted for, and donated to Donald Trump, predicted Trump would get his ass kicked in the Boston area, by Hillary on a 3-1 basis. I was off because she beat him by a 6-1 margin in the Boston area.
That give's you an idea of how liberal Massachusetts is.
Also our Governor, Charlie Baker is a RINO. -Tom
