Back in the 60’s and very early 70’s when I was in, our job was to blow sh!t up and kill people!
We were pretty damn good at it to!
In the OLD CORPS you didn’t see male “Marines” kissing at the end of a deployment. You didn’t see female infantry commanders. You didn’t see Sikhs given permission to wear a turban in uniform. And disturbingly, you didn’t see young girls who should have been starting families blown away by enemy bombs. You didn’t see suggestions that males who want to chop off their penises should be respected.
And you NEVER saw communism and blatant contempt for the constitution.
They attacked the USMC because it represented old America.
