Flipping real estate has been good for me. :)
I wonder how that ripples out to other guys who work on houses and yards for cash?
Flipping real estate has been good for me. :)
My Dad was a disabled WWI vet. He stopped working for others when WWII ended.
He became a house and business flipper.
His workforce was often, out work/disabled vets by the job.
After he died, my mother did some higher end flipping into her late 70’s.
While working, she maxed out her 401k, Iras and Jimmy Carter CDs.
She used many of the old vets my Dad used to paint and spruce up homes. She traveled and did some real estate on those trips.
My company enabled me to flip 4 houses with them picking the moving/settlement costs.
Oh, I ripple out a lot! Plumbers, lawn maintenance and snow tossers and electricians and roofers and on and on.
You know the best snow people are kids tromping down the street. I snatch them up for hard cash so I guess that makes me a human trafficker. Wait, it’s catch and release so I guess that makes me a Democrat *harf*
