Aren’t “royals” the British and other colonial imperialist anti-democratic elitists? The countries with kings, queens and princes and princesses would enslave people, pillage the minerals and produce like coffee beans, tea, spices, pineapples and artichokes and use the people as lowly workers.
Our Kansas City Royals were named after a long running livestock show, called the American Royal. This was where the FFA was formed. And the Chiefs were named after a popular Kansas City mayor who was instrumental in getting the Dallas Texans to move here. He was called Chief (like Perry White).
