Did she have trouble finding someone that spoke English at the SS office?
No, don’t think so. She made an appointment and we drove 60 miles to have it. No problem.
The drivers license thing was nuts. It took a long time to find anyone, anywhere that could change her name on the driver’s license.
The issue we had with the insurance company was they are insane too. They have a computer that spits our tons of paper that is nothing but compliance and noise. They they had multiple turnover in their in house underwriters. Whole series of things happened with my policies and my 95 year old father’s policies. Never ever do business with Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company. Local agent could not do anything about it. So they lost coverage on 3 homes and 4 cars. And I will never ever say a good word about them to anyone.
