Biden will claim credit for this, too. Because he needs a win, whether he deserves one or not. Is it possible that this is just normalization with the Kurds, as opposed to greater Iraq. If it is, that's even more positive. The non-Arab ethnics in the Middle East can be natural allies of Israel, and thereby buffer the more hostile Arab majorities. This is my pet idea: EMA (Eastern Minorities Alliance), with Israel in a pivotal role.

Agree about the Kurds. It is well known that 400,000 Kurdish Jews were moved from Iraq to Israel and other places. Peace among them is a natural thing to pursue.
Also, the Egyptian People are NOT from Arabic bloodlines. Many are Muslim, but Egypt is not like most of the Middle East. They also have a long history of Jewish connections.
