You are referring to our practice of luring desperately-needed medical personnel away from their Third-World homelands, because we need them more (allegedly)?

It's the same tired old "logic" cited every time a leftist politician claims how dependent we are upon "brains and the brawn" of the droves of incoming illegals - no one ever thinks to inquire: "But aren't we simultaneously depriving those countries of their 'best and brightest?'"
