Jovan Pulitizer said in this conversation that ALL of the ballots were printed on the wrong paper, contrary to the requirements that they be printed on high quality, secure paper. The obvious conclusion is that was done because they planned to stuff the ballot boxes with fake ballots and didn't want the real and fake ballots to be distinguishable. I don't know if the quality of the ballot paper is a state requirement or Maricopa County's requirement. If it's a state requirement, the odds improve that election can be decertified, or successfully challenged through a quo warranto action. The paper was just one of many things not done according to the regulations.

The auditors can’t throw them out, it should have been done on election night. But it’s how they cheated.
