What is it with people nowadays?
If my boss grabbed my ass, I would have pulled back and slapped his face. If he took offense, I would have stated in no uncertain terms that only my husband has permission to touch me there.

If any man touched me inappropriately infront of my husband, he would have immediately moved in and demanded an apology. If one was not instantly given, he would have asked, in a tone that could freeze blood, for that man to meet him outside. He would not want to ruin the party or accidentally break something while he was bashing the guy’s face in.
Boss or not, it would not matter. He has never tolerated any disrespect towards me.
My husband and I are huggers. We hug family, friends, our children, co-workers, and each other. That is never a problem and no one ever crossed the line.
Then again, we don’t work for creeps.
