If anyone is inclined to believe that Hahns Copeland, the guy with the German name {achtung, mein Fuhrer!}, didn’t really intend to be anti-semitic they still have to explain how he could have been so incredibly stupid as to insult a woman’s nose on public media.
Is her facial appearance relevant to the political issues of Virginia?
Where I come from, Copeland is a Jewish name--as in Aaron. And Hahns is the same name as Hans, nu?
And even what he said, "and that NOSE," sounds like pure Yiddish inflection to me. Dollars to doughnuts, his ancestry is Jewish. (As is half of mine.)
