Today, if you have the same ailments and die of seizures, blood clots, whatever immediately after your shot, you died of blood clots, not the shot.

Here’s an analogy. A person walking by a cliff (has comorbidities) and someone pushes him off the cliff (he gets COVID). The comorbidities didn’t kill him. The push off the cliff did.
People can live quite a long time with comorbidities. Then they get COVID. Then they die. The comorbidities didn’t kill them. The virus did.
BTW, the PCR test is very reliable.
