My wife is a Filipino RN working in the USA.
I can assure you the Filipino RNs are trained just as well, if not better than their American counterparts.
A 4 year bachelor degree in nursing is a requirement for RNs in the Philippines - not a 2 year degree like in the USA.
All of the Philippine nursing schools are taught in English and all the text books are in English.
