Hope that was sarcasm, cause if not, I’m voting that the cringeworthy comment of the day—sheesh!
I’m a conservative & also happen to have a little experience with Prius cars. I don’t particularly want to own one, but WILL NOT buy a full electric car. They look like trouble just waiting to happen. This opinion has to do with the actual construction of them, rather than a conservative viewpoint. I can’t afford any new car & certainly wouldn’t buy an overpriced electric even if I could afford one. That would put a used electric completely out of consideration. If they were to get the electric power grid up to speed, then a used electric car might be a consideration as a go-to-work vehicle if they were cheap enough & were satisfactory for cold weather operation. It would still be a real crapshoot owning one though.
