375 employees in an organization that large is a drop in the bucket, probably something like 1% of their employees.

At one of our rural local hospitals, the head of radiology is having to suit up and do all the patient scans for a few weeks now because the staff quit rather than take the JAB.
What are they going to do when the JABBED staff starts dropping?
Most unlikely. Whether it be clinic or hospital there is a nationwide staffing shortage. A very serious one. Lots of folks who could have already left. I am one of them.
