How? The democrats control the House and they won’t allow it to be considered. It won’t be acted on - unlike the Senate, the minority party in the House has absolutely no say in anything and absolutely zero power.
You don’t need a vote to find out who supports something and who doesn’t.
Now the power is actually in our hands. Go to every local campaign rally you can in 2022. Ask the Republican congressional candidates if they will support impeachment. Make them squirm. Get rid of the fence sitters. Make the 2022 election a referendum on Biden’s performance.
Or, sit there and clutch you pearls.
