It can't be debated because it will never reach the floor. It's not going to be marked up in committee debating which clauses Biden has violated. There will be no hearings or mention of any kind anywhere.
George W. had impeachment proceedings filed against him dozens of times, but it was also meaningless because the House was controlled by the Republicans. It was just filed away and forgotten
The House doesn't even have to do anything. It gets filed and then - nothing. It will be completely ignored. They could file impeachment proceedings every hour, but since Democrats control the House, it will be ignored.
Greene filed her impeachment proceedings in the House in January during Biden's first week in office. Again, when the Republicans take the House in January 2023, then any impeachment filings will have substance - until then, this is just show.
While I applaud the effort, it’s not going anywhere. Not until there is a majority GOP. And after there is a majority GOP (like that will ever happen again) they will turn into completely feckless crap-weasels; bloviating about civility and other such nonsense; and the evil will continue. Because the GOP is the party of the slow ride to hell.

Biden will either remove himself due to health or be removed. Just not before two years and 1 day of being in office. This will give kameltoe the opportunity to serve ten years as POTUS per the Constitution.
The GOP-E Senate is also at fault and Mitch should be told to resign. He's had chance after chance and enough is enough. We all know which senators are the DEMs best friend it's time they felt wrath of the ones they are supposed to be working for which is us. I would also say a decade freeze on lobbying for any of them. Joe Citizen should have the same voice as a CEO with out elected representatives.
Last but not least eliminate the U.S. Department of Education. Return it back to the states and local communities where it belongs.
