I think you are on to something here. My guess is that Biden was falling asleep and when that happens he is either incontinent of urine, bowels, or maybe just simply falls out of the chair. I think someone on teem Biden saw it coming and hit the panic button for an early escape.

Little “accident” involving Biden....

You can tell Boris is having a bad day if he finds the seating arrangement at dinner places him between Rep. Jerry Nadler and Joe Biden. Can’t even hope the wind direction odds are in his favor. Both directions are bad news.
