Why wasn’t the Trooper Charged with Multiple Felonies like:

Terrorism
Attempted Home Invasion
Attempted Kidnapping
Reckless Driving
Reckless Endangerment
Using a Firearm during the Commission of a Violent Felony
...

Because he was a State Trooper and part of the System. The System always protects its own. They did their damnedest to get the woman cop off who killed the guy in his own apartment. If you are over the age of 2 years old, you know that the members of the System do as they please and the peons do as they say. Or the peons get shot full of holes.
