DEL RIO, Texas — State troopers deployed to the border by Gov. Greg Abbott are being credited for doing the federal government’s job and stopping thousands more migrants in Mexico from illegally crossing into the United States after well over 15,000 made it through here late last week.
A swarm of Texas Department of Public Safety officers, known as troopers, descended on the riverbank Saturday afternoon as a show of force to deter people in Mexico from wading across the Rio Grande. Approximately 150 black SUVs were still lined up Sunday afternoon on the dirt road that runs parallel with the river....
The thousands of police and military near the bridge are also bracing for a worst-case scenario as tensions build in the camp....“This, believe it or not, is somewhat under control — frankly, only because the crowd’s allowing it,” Anfinsen said. “I mean, if they wanted to make an issue of it, they could. Let the border States enforce the law, they’re a lot closer to the problem.

In what is probably a perfectly obvious and possibly stupid question: Why is it that such an easy crossing HAS NO FRIGGIN” WALL!?
Of all the obvious places to increase security why not this one? Just about anywhere along the Rio Grande can be waded or easily crossed. It isn’t like it is a moat or full of Piranhas or anything.
If someone had the guts to start gunning them down it would not take long before the whole affair would end.
What would be wrong with it? They are all invaders after all.

Because the REPUBLICAN party, which controlled the House and Senate the first two years of Trump’s presidency, refused to fund and support him in that effort. They were more interested in threatening him and supporting Mueller and the Russia fraud.
That there is Texas. No need to waste good brass. A few thousand penned long horns would make a mighty fine deterrent.
Now, California, we don’t have any longhorns. No bison except in a park. Not many sheep even. We’re screwed. So hopefully Texas will keep distracting them.

That was the result Joe was hoping for as the left push their invasion to ultimately replace us. If those Haitians wore uniforms and carried guns I doubt the left would change their tune at all.
