If you’re 6’0 and you weigh around 180 pounds with no other preexisting conditions then maybe you can take the risk and not take the vaccine.

I have 5 co-morbidities and have had Covid and the vaxx. I take the vitamins + zinc, etc. but what I’ve found most helpful is keeping my immune system tuned to Covid. For that I do a ‘public immersion session’ usually every other weekend. Walmart, bowling alley, flea market, etc. just so I get a high exposure rate to Covid. Within hours I get fatigued and it takes a few days to get my energy back. That’s the immune system spinning up a response to the Covid. Keeping a tuned response. IOW, natural immunity.
