Long ago narcotics units were doing everything to seize drug money. Used use the paper bag search. Line up 5 or 6 bags dog would alert to the one with the drug money. The money bag was usually placed in the same place. Dog would go right to it and sit.

And then a study comes out saying that some ridiculous amount of money on the street has drug residue on it.

Ergo, the paper bag test was done with.

For many agencies, asset seizure/forfeiture has become a business of sorts.

It’s long last time to completely disband the FBI.

But they will still be at large.

They’re worse than that with regard to what they allowed to happen to those girls.

This lady in Seattle was traveling back to her home country I think it was Vietnam.. All her friends gave her money to take back to give to relatives.. Anyway she misspoke to customs about how much money she had on her.. They found the money about 60,000 and confiscated it.. She had to sell almost everything to pay back her friends!! They kept the money customs did..

"Now seize Nasty Piglosi’s fortune because there's no way she can have mega-millions of dollars on a Congressional pay!"

That is an excellent point.!! And while their at it, maybe they can check out Obama's stash.. No way in Hell could he have earned THOSE kind of bucks....

I’m noticing that the bootlicker brigade is no longer around to pounce on such statements.

The FBI was corrupt from its inception, a blackmailing filekeeper pushing congressmen around with his bullying press-smooching sycophants. There is nothing the FBI does that some other guvmint org can’t do, just break it up into pieces and let those guys who allowed a coup d’etat to operate in front of their noses suffer the real consequences.

Her scumbag husband’s an inside trader, on her information in Congress. Both should be in prison.

It’s not against the law for Congressmen to trade on inside information. Congress wrote that law, as they write all laws They would never outlaw a practice that has made them hundreds of millions of dollars each.

The judge should have issued some type of sanctions for that blatant disregard.

It has been proven that up to 90% of US currency has some residue of Cocaine, with 60% having Meth and 20% having Oxycodone traces.

Of course the "sniffer dog" will signal drugs on US money. That, in and of itself, is not a proof the bearer is a dealer or user. Just that drugs are everywhere and the government is most responsible for that prevalence.

Nope, the FBI. If it was just Obama’s the property would have been returned after he left office.

The FBI raided a Storage Facility that rented safe deposit boxes. They illegally opened 800 boxes, and attempted to seize some $86M in cash, jewelry and other valuables. Everyone was considered guilty unless proven innocent, responsible for “proving” they legitimately owned the contents. These agents or at least the senior fibbers who authorized the seizures, belong in jail. Just part of Hannity’s 99% rank and file I’m sure.

They attempted to seize some $86M in cash, jewelry and other valuables.

I didn’t know that.
I thought they’d outlawed it, years ago.

“Klausner also found “the facts and the law clearly favor Ruiz” in his claim that the FBI ran afoul of the protections against unreasonable searches and seizures in the 4th Amendment.”

It keeps getting harder and harder to find the 99% of FBI agents that Hantity says are honest. Certainly not here.
