We have a family member in the Border Patrol who was just assigned temp duty down there and says it is a real s-storm. These Haitians are refugees from an earthquake that happened a year or so ago. They had reached South America and were working there and in Central America until POS Biden threw the gates open and then they made their way north, on foot , riding trains, etc. We really haven’t seen the bulk of the people trying to get out of Haiti after this last natural disaster this year.
Yes, Mexico cut loose a whole bunch of them recently and even helped to bus them to the border.....they’d been kept in Mexico for some time. But Biden didn’t come through with what he promised the Mexican Pres. so he opened the flood gates.
They got to S. America via boats and air travel .
