I can't believe how you are parsing things. I guess you think I should have phrased it "support for the act of rioting by some people at the rally." I never said or implied that a large number of rally attendees were involved in rioting.
I have made the point over and over again that the vast majority of rally attendees were not rioting, and that many of those arrested were not rioters but simply people who walked into the Capitol after police let them in.
I think to make your point you should not have characterized the entire event as a riot.
For example
“...and made it sound like it was support for any vandalism or sparring with police that may have occurred”.
Would be a lot more accurate.
Don’t use the media and democrat narrative. You do their work for them with terms such as “the riot itself”.
It was in no ways a riot.
