Now if the CDC counts as unvaxxed anyone that went in hospital during days 1-14 after the second shot, them that skews the data.

It’s accurate to measure that way. Skewing the results inaccurately would be to count infections or hospitalizations as vaccinated before being truly vaccinated. Surely you understand that.
