Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer is asking Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich to investigate after voter registration records were posted online.
Voter registration records known as the "voter file" are available to the public, but it’s a felony to publish the information on the Internet. The voter file includes the name, address and party affiliation of registered voters, along with some phone numbers. It shows whether the person has voted in recent elections but not the candidates and issues they supported.

Another dumbass pub move.
This guy is loathsome. Seriously, he’s one of those rare snotnosed types you want to have escorted from your premises. He was ‘installed’ by a small margin of fake votes.
He recently tried to ‘debunk’ 15 ghost votes coming from an address with no building on it by showing a photo of the address with a building on it, only the idiot liar didn’t tell the building had been demolished years before.
That is ridiculous. If the information is available to the public, this seems to me to be a free speech issue. There is nothing special about publishing the information on the Internet if it can be published in other media.
The officials who rigged the election are the only people who have access to these files. They are trying to undermine the integrity of the AZ audit report that will be released next Friday using a false flag leak. There is no reason or benefit for the audit team to release any data prior to the official release.
The level of deceit and disinformation that the left will use to undermine the report is unbelievable even if it is expected.
He’s probably working in cahoots with that SOS, Katie Hobbs.
He is a Republican. Why would he do this?
We live in the era of stupid
I’m not sure.
Unfortunately the alternative was the Dem Fraud Fontes
generally speaking if its public in one place its public everywhere dont know if their law will hold up.
Probably a McCain republican. Cindy McCain still has her talons into Az Republican politics.
You can dispute the law, if you wish, but it is not ridiculous. It is a privacy issue. I would not want any of my personal information posted online.
I’m still waiting for the August 5th full Arizona audit.
I've been thinking for quite a while that McCain republicans are a serious problem in Arizona, and it's probably why they cooperated with the Democrats in rigging the election.
How is it a "privacy" issue when anyone can get this information from the election board?
Back when I was an activist, I would routinely go to the county election board and get the voter list for each precinct. I would use this voter list to target the distribution of literature to actual voters rather than wasting material in a scattershot fashion.
If you are a registered voter, your information is public knowledge.
I would not want any of my personal information posted online.
I wouldn't either, but that won't stop it from being posted online anyway. A lot of people have their information posted on line whether they like it or not.
ANT citizen can go to the county office & BUY the voter lists-—all partys or just one.
Candidates do this to send out campaign materials.
You are probably right, I forgot about that faction of the Party. They can not be ignored.
According to NCLS (Whoever they are):
In Arizona
Political parties are provided with a list. The list is also available for public inspection at local election offices.
