If I still lived in CA this alone would be enough to make me exit. I’d liquidate and bail fast.
I had family living in Fresno about 20 yrs ago......they moved to Pa and for a time regretted it...until they visited Fresno a few years later and see what California is now and they’re so happy they didn’t go back!
