What bothers me is the drumbeat of the term "extremists" being constantly applied to all Trump supporters from many sources. Even George Bush pushed the "extremists" line in his September 11th speech which disgusts me.
“There is little cultural overlap between violent extremists abroad and violent extremists at home,” Bush said in a speech at the Flight 93 National Memorial... they are children of the same foul spirit, and it is our continuing duty to confront them.”
This is Rules for Radicals 101.
"A good tactic is one your people enjoy."
"Keep the pressure on."
"Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. "
They are brainwashing the base because they are frightened of the prospect of Trump 2024.
Yeah. That wasn't cool with me. Guess the Democrats made a good point after all, that he's a "dumb@$$". Oh well, he was great on 9/11. That was his moment. But it's 20 years later. Too bad that he's not on our side but he had made his choice.
