What has that to do with a peer reviewed profile of data? What exactly are you saying? That the Russia/Japanese Sputnik V team are not competent to create a vaccine?
These countries subject their own citizens to these home grown vaccines. What is your point here?

Not approved in US. So you can’t.
And if you got it overseas, it won’t be recognized in the US.
The US rejects lots of vaxes. Sinovac, Sputnik V. Taiwan just released one.
WHO approves the US 3, Astrazeneca from the UK, Sinopharm and Sinovac from China and Sputnik V is nearly approved, there’s a hold up inspecting factory.
So Sputnik V likely okay in a few weeks/months, when they get WHO approval. They certainly won’t be approved for sale in the US.
