Are those who have had the china flu and recovered still counted as new cases whenever they get tested again (the swab up the nose) and antibodies are present?

According to CDC chart, blacks have the least deaths per capita of all races.
Maybe why Africa has been spared.

They can go to Kroger’s pharmacy and get an IgG IgM finger stick blood test for $25, which will tell them if they have the antibodies that indicate very recent active infection (IgM, IgM + IgG) or a previous inactive infection (IgG).

Hispanics have the highest death rate per capita and based upon their population. Then whites.
Blacks are below Hispanics and whites and Asians. Asians based upon the graph have a higher death rate per capita than their population in the US
This is why for the longest time you never no longer hear the narrative that covid is out killing black people in greater numbers. It is not.

Well, if I’m reading it correctly, the virus seems to be hitting Native Americans and Hispanics the hardest. I’m surprised the figures for blacks were as low as they appear to be. I was also surprised by the high number of cases in the 18-29 year group. Deaths for anyone under the age of 50 seem rare.
Blacks dominated deaths early on, but lately they seem to be right in the middle of the pack, which is not what I expected.
And blacks are reported to have the lowest vaccination rate among ethnic groups.
