I don’t see operational effectiveness being affected by COVID, with or without the vaccine.
1.5M active duty and only six (yes six) have died to date during the so called “pandemic”. Yeah, this is really about impacts on operational effectiveness.
What I really question is the need to push a shot on people where the vast majority have greater than a 99% survival rate. That begs the question about what is so unique about the shot and why it so necessary to shoot everybody up?
