Also the 100 employee cut off indicates the lack of a compelling public intrest here as well as an equal protection issue
My reactions was “well it is a start”
Not the case I was expecting to see but it a good point.
Biden is putting off mandates on purpose.
This is a well orchestrated thing.
Sounds like this is the first step. When the actual OSHA rule is posted, I suspect we that will result in additional lawsuits.
If Brnovich’s argument is that they’re not vaccinating illegal aliens, then what’s to stop them from vaccinating illegal aliens, too?
Perhaps that will deter some of the illegal aliens from coming.
If Brnovich’s argument is the 100 employee cutoff, why wouldn’t they just extend this to all employers?
Sole proprietor to himself, sorry, I’m going to have to let you go.
Rule making is a long arduous road that cannot be short-circuited by a verbal order from Dimentia Joe.
“Attorney General Mark Brnovich is working hard for that Senate seat currently held by Scott Kelly (D).
While I am not much of a fan, things like this just may propel him into that seat.”
Not if he doesn’t push for punishing the fraudsters, otherwise AZ will turn into California with their institutionalized fraudulent elections. Of course, then he will play the “good loser” so he can get his Deep State bennies.
Looks to me like a sure loser solely because they are playing defense, If they tryly wanted to make a Statement that Stings and hits hard, they would make it Felony Attempted Murder for ANY Federal Employee who is not Fully Vaccinated to be present in the State of Arizona, Start ARRESTING FEDERAL EMPLOYEE’S and Hold all of them without bail on Attempted Murder Charges.
This might seem like a stupid question but I am going to ask anyway.
I reside in AZ, and my company who does have some govt. contracts is saying we all must get the shots.
Because I work from home with absolutely NO contact with anyone except by phone, and with our AG filing this lawsuit, can employees hold off on getting these shots? Not that I would get one because I refuse and would file a religious exemption. In the meantime, is the mandate on hold until a ruling is made?
Currently no action has been taken since a Court has not scheduled to hear it yet. We will have to wait on a court to make a ruling
