Of course they are going to say this. It’s call fake confidence. Even if they win in court, then it will keep getting challenged until it eventually flips.
Besides they are ignoring natural immunity which is the best immunity.
It would be nice if the Supreme Court would use this case to address the overreach of regulatory agencies creating laws without legislation.

Yes. Out of the 100 employees on my project, 2 were terminated or quit when the mandate came out requiring vaccination by May.
