Derek Chauvin and three other former Minneapolis police officers will be arraigned in federal court Tuesday on charges of violating George Floyd’s civil rights.

Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J. Kueng and Tou Thao were indicted in May and charged with failure to provide Floyd, 46, with medical care as Chauvin choked him to death by pinning him to the ground with his knee for about nine minutes.

Floyd’s murder was caught on video and his death sparked worldwide protests and demands for police reform.

The four ex-cops will appear by videoconference at their arraignment and are expected to enter not-guilty pleas.

Several motions may also be argued during the hearing.

Floyd was suicide by overdose. Nothing the police could do.

I don’t think Chauvin was trying “to make an example”, just trying to deal with a difficult situation.

When is Biden going to be charged for costing 13 Marines their lives and killing a US ally and his 7 children?

Its all part of the Federalization and centralization of America’s local police force.

You can’t control them through political fear and DOJ legal prosecution unless you fina a few national examples, now can you?

Saint Floyd was handcuffed and unconscious for many minutes with 4 officers on scene. There was simply no reason for Chauvin to continue working him over given that. Chauvin made his bed. Now he gets to lay in it. There are no heroes here.

Here’s the deal: the ‘indicters’ can continue only if they fly to Kabul and repaint Big Gorge on the side of that goobermint building. Otherwise charges dropped.

FACTS101:

saint floyd died ~ 9pm from a massive self overdose of drugs including fentanyl, meth and heroin per the medical examiner.

Officer Chauvin was NOT responsible for saint floyd’s death.

saint floyd was 100% responsible for saint floyd’s death.

LOL. Forget to ping me? Chauvin is dirty blue city cop and totally unworthy of support from conservatives. His like have done similar or worse at MAGA events.

Chauvin would be a free man today had he not assaulted his unconscious and drug addled prisoner. Play stupid games. Win stupid prizes. It’s that simple.

This is an Abomination.

Whilst I do not condone his actions, this is too much like a political lynching.

The dude will be in prison for a long, long time.

They really want to make an example of Chauvin.

They do. As if 22 years in jail isn't enough.

Double Jeopardy.

Different crimes being charged. Double jeopardy doesn't apply.

Career criminal O.D.’s, send the arresting cop to jail.

Criminal cop assassinates unarmed Conservative protestor, keeps his job and is protected by the Derp State and media.

What a country.
