But the F.E.C. disagreed. The commission said Twitter had “credibly explained” that blocking the article’s distribution was a commercial decision and that the move followed existing policies related to hacked materials, according to the “factual and legal analysis” provided to the parties involved in the complaint.

1. The materials were not "hacked". The computer repair shop owner was the legal owner of the laptop after it was abandoned by Hunter Biden.
2. Twitter admitted that blocking the article was wrong.

In light of all this, the FEC still ruled that Twitter did nothing wrong?

The FEC are idiots.

“The FEC has dismissed….” Stop right there. WHO did this? We have a right to know the names of the bureaucrats who did this. Their names; their backgrounds; how they got their influential positions. Their party affiliations. We did not vote for these hidden executioners. Exposure to sunlight is the best antiseptic. This is not Nazi Germany…yet.

The FEC are not idiots. They are evil and are getting their way. We make a mistake when we think that the left is stupid.

The FEC are idiots.

No, they are leftists who just set a legal precedent that, if it stands, will increase the left's power. That may be unethical, but it is not stupid.
