I live is south OC and things have been back to normal for awhile, except for some masking. There is no mask mandate.
I am vacationing currently on Catalina Island which is in LA county. Big difference. Masks required indoors, though not many wearing them outdoors.
If the recall fails, I think Gavin will bring the hammer down. Makes mandates, water rationing, more COVID restrictions.

I live in Huntington Beach & the same here. Especially at the beach - no masks & very few in town or other OC cities. Nobody even says anything & hasn't for a long time. I have never worn a mask & have never been asked.
I have an office in Burbank & they have been & still are crazy there. I don't wear a mask, but I also pretty much only to to my office & no where else. It's like a whole different country in LA County.

Scuba divers and snorkelers
are the gyms in L.A. County opened yet? I was relocated to OKC from Hollywood 6 months ago by my company and 6 months ago, they were still shuttered. LA Fitness never reimbursed me for 8 months of my 12 month fee - that’s about 200 bucks
As far as I know, yes they are open. I assume you probably have to wear a mask & I'm not sure about proving to be vaccinated. It probably depends on the specific location.
Another big difference between LA & OC, here in OC, my kids have been going to 2 different Crunch gyms for many many months & they don't have to wear masks. Crunch shut down for a couple of months, but reopened very quickly.

My SIL told me of a friend of his in San Diego just received three (3) mail-in ballots.
Dems/Marxists/progressives just HATE free and fair elections, as they are the biggest threat to their accumulation of power.
Did NOT see many masks t LA Chargers Football game.
