There is an easy fix for this.
Congress should impeach any judge who rules in a politicized way. If we are able to tell your political leaning by the way you judged a case, you should be gone.
Any activist judge who is using anything other than the Constitution and established case law should be impeached.
You would see judges doing whatever they could to follow the strictest interpretations of the law. It would put an end to legislating from the bench.
Judge Barbara Lagoa was also on the list considered in 2020 by President Trump to replace Bader Ginsburg. She is strongly conservative and Anti-Marxist from a Cuban-American family in Florida. She is the antithesis of AOC.

Judge Lagoa would have been one of the leading conservative Justices alongside Justice Thomas but the push for ACB was so strong that others were ignored.
We found weeks after ACB’s confirmation that the Federalist Society had channeled an estimated $21 million to push ACB. The Federalist Society is the same DC Swamp network that gave us Roberts. What it means to channel tens of millions is to buy off the Grifter Class around DC including PACs of key US Senators in the confirmation.
ACB was pushed by the corrupt in the Swamp.
Justices need to serve like jury duty and arguably no more than one case at a time. With modern technology, they can remain in their local districts but hear cases virtually.

No law school in America teaches the Constitution as it would have been understood 100 years ago. Any lawyer who self-educates a traditional understanding better keep quiet.
