Neither OSHA nor the Federal Courts could deal with massive civil disobedience. Massive civil disobedience doesn't require anything more than quietly NOT getting vaccinated if that is one's choice.

That said, I would add that we still have an obligation to be careful within reason....especially around vulnerable people.

Normal vaccines prevent vaccinated people from transmitting a virus to others. But these vaccine are “leaky”, which means that people who are vaccinated can and do transmit the virus to others.

Vaccinated or not, people should be careful around vulnerable people.
